Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order. There are no minimums and no shipping fees are added at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped quickly — we aim to ship within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes several business days depending on your location and the carrier. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating after you receive it.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows your package was lost in transit or never delivered, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. Once a package is confirmed lost with the carrier, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, as described in our Refund Policy.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we will always do our best to help.
